Residential Support
24-hour care providing the level of support each resident needs — from minimal prompting to hands-on personal care.
Individualized Care Planning
Each resident has a care plan built with them, their family, and their case manager — reviewed and updated as needs and goals change.
Personal Care & ADL Support
Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and medication — provided with dignity and at each resident's own pace.
Community Integration
Outings and activities tailored to each resident's interests. A full life extends beyond these walls.
Health & Wellness Coordination
We coordinate with physicians, therapists, and specialists — attending appointments and ensuring medical needs are addressed proactively.
Family Communication
Caregivers are part of the team, not just visitors. We keep communication open — you'll always know how your loved one is doing.
We work with Medicaid waivers and private pay
Turning Point Living accepts Wisconsin Medicaid waivers, from Family Care programs. We work closely with county case managers to navigate the funding and intake process so caregivers don't have to figure it out alone.
Private pay is also accepted. If you're unsure about funding options, reach out and we'll help you understand what's available.
