Welcome home,
where you belong.
Turning Point Living is a small, family-style residence in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities are truly known, cared for, and celebrated.
A Real Home
We're not a facility. We're a home. Small by design, family-style by choice. Every resident has their own space, their own routines, and people who genuinely know them.
Personalized Support
Every person who lives here has an individualized care plan built around their strengths, goals, and needs. Not a one-size-fits-all program.
Community & Belonging
From outings and activities to friendships and celebrations, we believe every resident deserves a full, connected life. Not just a safe one.
Adults with IDD who deserve more than just care
Turning Point Living is designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need 24/7 support in a home setting. We welcome individuals with a range of support needs, including those transitioning from family care, other residential settings, or who are new to adult services.
We work closely with case managers, social workers, and families throughout the referral and intake process to make sure every transition feels supported and unhurried.
A home for adults who need support and deserve to feel at home.
- Adults 18+ with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- 24-hour around-the-clock care and supervision
- Medicaid waiver and private pay accepted
- Coordination with DHS and county case managers
Every person here is seen as a whole person — not a diagnosis.
We build care around each resident's strengths, preferences, and goals — not the other way around. Dignity and independence guide everything we do.
Person-centered care, every single day
We believe that real support starts with really knowing someone. Our caregivers build genuine relationships with each resident — learning their preferences, celebrating their milestones, and advocating for their voice in every decision.
From daily routines to community outings, we focus on what makes life meaningful — not just what keeps someone safe.
Care rooted in dignity
To provide a safe, supportive home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities — where every person is treated with dignity, encouraged to grow, and given the consistent care needed to live a meaningful life in the community.
A real home for every adult
A future where every adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities has a real home that offers stability, belonging, and the chance to thrive.
What you can expect when your loved one lives here
We're currently accepting referrals. Here's what families who place a loved one with us can count on from day one.
Ask us anythingYou'll always know how they're doing
We communicate proactively — not just when something goes wrong. Regular updates, open lines, and a care coordinator who picks up the phone.
You're part of the care team
Families aren't visitors here — they're partners. You'll be included in care planning, kept in the loop on any changes, and always welcome to visit.
It will feel like a home, not a facility
Small household, consistent staff, real routines. Your loved one will be known by name — not by a room number or a diagnosis.
We handle the coordination
Medical appointments, county case manager communication, Medicaid documentation — we manage it so you don't have to carry it alone.
